This permanent Business Analyst supports the 1GX Centre of Excellence within Alberta’s Ministry of Technology and Innovation. The position focuses on Supply Chain Management, with work spanning requirements, releases, testing, production support, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with Accenture, vendors, business partners, and colleagues in virtual and in-person settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis, design, testing, and implementation for releases
- Translate business needs into requirements and solution specifications
- Investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with Accenture




- Facilitate workshops confirming requirements and integration impacts
- Plan deliverables, schedules, risks, and dependencies through implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or equivalent
- Minimum two years working with SAP procurement modules
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management processes
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Supplier Management
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Support province-wide 1GX improvements through SAP SCM analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement, and production issue resolution.
