This full time Software Engineering Manager guides engineers across multiple product Pods. You will shape technical direction, develop people, and support critical production services. The role combines engineering leadership, career development, recruiting, and cross-functional planning across Engineering, Product Management, and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide mentorship and career development for software engineers
- Guide two to three cross-functional Product Pods
- Direct technical decisions and grow engineering leadership
- Hire engineers and develop organizational processes




- Lead production service monitoring, alerting, and on-call operations

Requirements:

- Substantial experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Experience building and operating highly available production services
- Expertise managing on-call rotations and incident response
- Experience developing in Go
- Ability to evaluate complex technical tradeoffs independently
