Support JLL’s Executive Committee with consolidated reporting and strategic recommendations as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst on-site in Montreal or Toronto. Your insights connect financial performance with business decisions.

As a senior FP&A; analyst, you will partner across departments and communicate financial drivers to leadership, clients, and external stakeholders. The work includes quarterly presentations, budget and forecast processes, KPI analysis, and reporting improvements. Commercial real estate experience is preferred, while Yardi Voyager, Retail Manager, and Forecast Manager knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver consolidated reports and budget variance analysis
- Analyze EBITDA, NOI, revenue, and expense trends
- Contribute to quarterly executive reporting packages




- Communicate complex financial drivers across departments
- Represent FP&A; on cross-functional technology projects

Requirements:

- Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Three to five years in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred
