This Industrial Engineer role focuses on continuous improvement and project delivery across manufacturing operations. You will partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and R&D.; The work combines process mapping, material flow, equipment reliability, standardization, and measurable cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead improvement projects and involve operators in sustained results
- Improve material utilization, throughput, productivity, and equipment reliability
- Coordinate projects across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions




- Maintain work instructions and secure operator training sign-offs

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and line balancing
- Knowledge of time studies, process mapping, and production metrics
- Familiarity with ergonomics, Health and Safety, and ISO 9001
- Solid project management, communication, and collaboration skills
