This senior leadership role oversees non-process infrastructure delivery within Workplace & Real Estate. You will balance business needs, funding, project readiness, and execution capacity across annual and multi-year plans. Success requires expertise in capital projects, portfolio risk, cost management, schedule management, contracting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual and multi-year portfolio plans
- Balance funding, readiness, resources, and business priorities

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Engineering degree with APEGA registration or eligibility
- 16+ years of progressive capital projects or infrastructure experience
- Leadership experience with complex project portfolios or programs
- Understanding of engineering, construction, and project execution
- Ability to influence senior leaders and functional stakeholders
