Lead live event production and operations for Insomniac through budgeting, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. This hybrid/remote position includes required on-site event presence.

The Production and Operations Project Manager plans, coordinates, and executes large-scale events from initial planning through close-out. The role works with producers, promoters, vendors, public safety teams, and event departments. Robust budgeting, project management, site planning, and communication skills support seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain event budgets and purchase tracking
- Coordinate department advances, schedules, rosters, and logistics
- Organize production meetings and safety briefings




- Lead Command Post dispatch and event requests
- Coordinate venues, permitting, maps, and community relations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in event production, operations, or project management
- Entertainment or live event industry experience
- Budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation knowledge
- Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, Lennd, CMR, or production software experience
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel
