The role covers maintenance, support, incident resolution, service-provider coordination, and infrastructure changes within data centre operations. You will contribute to asset management, RFID Tag technology, DCIMS, Data Lake processes, refreshes, and decommissioning. Candidates need ITIL knowledge, change and incident management understanding, and experience supporting multiple technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfil mandated data centre availability and uptime commitments
- Guide providers and monitor work procedures for operational impact
- Update incident, problem, and change tickets




- Maintain the configuration management database and infrastructure documentation
- Support asset management, RFID, DCIMS, refreshes, and decommissioning
