Quality Management Systems Coordinator with ISO 9001 and AS9100 knowledge supports audits, process measures, and corrective actions at DRS Pivotal Power.

This in-office Bedford position reports to the Manager–Quality and coordinates activities across the organization. You will work with process owners and leadership to monitor system efficiency, identify risks, verify action effectiveness, and support continual improvement. The workplace involves regulated manufacturing and military power conversion equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor quality management system process efficiency and effectiveness
- Track audit completion, findings, overdue items, and follow-up
- Coach action owners on containment and root-cause analysis
- Analyze audit, corrective action,



and performance trends
- Improve QMS procedures, tools, training, and reporting methods

Requirements:

- Three to five years in regulated or manufacturing quality environments
- Ability to apply ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements
- Experience coordinating corrective action and verifying effectiveness
- Ability to develop and interpret process measures
- Internal auditor training or certification is an asset
