The Director of Fleet & Commercial Operations will build and grow a commercial operation across three dealerships. This senior leader will support vehicle selection, ordering, upfitting, delivery, service, and replacement. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations and oversees strategy, accounts, OEM relationships, financial performance, and customer delivery.

Requirements:

- Automotive fleet, commercial vehicle, leasing, or retail experience
- Proven record leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge of factory ordering and OEM fleet programs
- Experience with major accounts, tenders, or national customers
- Solid financial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
