Coach teams toward Scrum or Kanban delivery with three onsite days and two remote days supporting Ontario’s Vital Events services.

The Senior Project Methodology Specialist and Agile Coach mentors leaders and teams through organizational change to Agile software development. You will support Product Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams with product vision alignment, impediment removal, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. The work emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on removing delivery impediments
- Support product owners with education and guidance
- Capture feedback and document sprint reviews




- Foster continuous improvement and Agile leadership internally

Requirements:

- Experience coaching teams in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Agile I⁢ methods and techniques
- Experience supporting organizational Agile change
- Solid negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Project Methodology certification such as Agile Coach or Scrum Master
