This Senior Mineral Land Analyst position focuses on contract administration, title verification, and lease obligations. You will review amendments, expiries, assignments, and terminations while communicating with lessors, lessees, and stakeholders. Your expertise will support accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and analyze royalty and drilling agreements
- Process lease assignments and assignment notices
- Prepare offset obligation and lease termination notices
- Complete title reviews and verify royalty interests




- Respond to royalty and Compliance team queries

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years related experience or equivalent preparation
- Solid knowledge of fee title lease clauses and obligations
- Understanding of Canadian P&NG; crown and freehold regulations
