This Operations Supervisor role oversees shipment, receipt, and documentation processes for imported and exported products. You will manage disruptions, monitor performance, uphold work standards, and provide customer service. The position requires global transport logistics knowledge across air, ocean, and ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate transportation and customs processes for shipments
- Manage supply chain disruptions, crises, and operational risks
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure teams follow established standards, processes,



and systems
- Address customer operational issues and escalate interventions

Requirements:

- Diploma or higher in business or supply chain management
- Three years’ operational experience in operations or distribution
- Thorough understanding of global transport logistics
- Knowledge of transportation and warehouse management systems
- Working knowledge of import, export, Hazmat, and ITAR requirements
