Production Support Lead – AWS Experience: 9–12 Years Location: Toronto, Canada Role Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Support Lead with strong AWS expertise and Credit Card domain knowledge to lead production support operations, ensure system stability, and drive timely resolution of production issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting AWS-based applications, a strong understanding of credit card business processes, and the ability to manage critical incidents while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production support operations for AWS-based applications and systems. Monitor application performance, system availability, and production environments to ensure smooth business operations. Manage critical incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues. Work closely with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to resolve production challenges. Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to the production support team.



Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Leverage Credit

Card domain knowledge to understand business-critical workflows and resolve application-related issues.

Skills &

Qualifications 9–12 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in production support. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Good understanding of the Credit Card domain, including relevant business processes and transaction workflows.

Experience in handling production incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical and business teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Knowledge or experience in DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with security, automation, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
