Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
- Leadership experience in coaching, training, team development, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Union employee relations experience is an asset.
