Professional Cleaner – Exceptional Attention to Detail Required

AVID ProClean Inc. is looking for a highly detail-oriented, reliable and dedicated professional cleaner to join our growing team.

Schedule & Availability

This position starts as part-time, with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

Hours and working days vary depending on client needs. Applicants must have flexible availability, including:

- Weekday daytime hours
- Occasional weekends for a few hours
- Occasional before or after-hours cleaning
- Different schedules from week to week

Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, offices and common areas
- Detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing
- Following specific cleaning instructions and checklists




- Maintaining consistently exceptional cleaning standards
- Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail is a MUST
- A strong work ethic and genuine pride in your work
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- Ability to recognize what needs cleaning without being constantly directed
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle required
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel between client locations throughout the Niagara Region
- Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of cleaning work

Compensation & Prospect
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour
- Mileage reimbursement for required work-related travel
- Part time to start, with potential for full-time hours based on performance and business growth
