As Program

Officer in the Faculty of Science and Technology, you will manage programs and initiatives under the Senior Associate Dean, Student Experience portfolio. You will advise academic leaders, coordinate projects, and support program quality assurance, development, marketing, and student engagement. The position strengthens connections from pre-enrollment through post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage programs and initiatives within the student experience portfolio
- Consult on sensitive student issues with tact and confidentiality
- Advise academic leaders on program processes and barriers
- Coordinate program reviews, development,



and regulation changes
- Develop strategies supporting recruitment, marketing, and enrollment Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in education or administration
- At least three years of progressive administration experience
- Program coordination, student engagement, and project coordination experience
- Strong written, oral, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
- Experience supervising staff with varied responsibilities Bring program management, student engagement, and administrative counsel to Athabasca University’s Faculty of Science and Technology.
