Description Product & Project Manager (Loyalty and Promotions) Location: 100% Remote - PST Canada Qualifications Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience within ecommerce, retail technology, or related industries. Proven experience managing promotions, customer engagement, loyalty, or related product domains. Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies.

Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and UX-focused solutions.

Leadership Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience leading Agile product teams, pods, or cross-functional initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills.



Ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision. AI & Emerging Technology Experience Minimum 1+ year of experience utilizing AI tools to improve product management processes and deliverables.

Experience leveraging AI for requirements definition, analysis, prioritization, and insight generation. Ability to validate AI-generated outputs using business judgment and data-driven decision-making. Interest in applying AI solutions to customer engagement, loyalty, payment programs, and operational processes.
