A commercial general contractor in Calgary is hiring a Project Manager who can estimate and run projects with minimal oversight.
- 5+ years commercial experience and 1+ year in a Project Manager role
- Progressive growth opportunities at 1–2 contractors of similar size; ideally grown from Project Coordinator to Project Manager
- Multiple employer hops over a short window is a concern
- Ideally from a local GC with significant annual revenue
- Estimating experience is highly beneficial
- Strong communication is required
