Key Responsibilities

Serve as internal contact for customer projects

Create and manage project plans and schedules

Manage staffing, resources, budgets, and forecast hours

Requirements

Two or more years in project coordination or related operations

Robust organizational skills across projects, stakeholders, and deadlines

Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, documentation, and status reports

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools
