With their backlog growing by over 300% in the last 4 years and several major projects on the horizon, they are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multifamily and hotel developments.Working closely with both the Senior Project Manager and CEO, you will play a key role in project execution, requiring solid leadership, commercial awareness, and exceptional attention to detail. Supported by an experienced preconstruction team, you will be empowered to focus on delivering projects with precision and excellence.Beyond project delivery, this organization offers genuine career growth, with previous Project Managers advancing into Preconstruction Management and development-side leadership roles.

Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from planning through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiations.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.What We’re Looking For:
