ROLE OVERVIEW

Mandatory Requirement: This role requires extensive, hands-on experience managing Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations. Candidates without direct NetSuite implementation and project delivery experience will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – NetSuite / ERP to lead and oversee complex ERP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery from project initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.

This role is responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, deliverables, and client expectations. The successful candidate will provide strong project leadership, establish delivery standards, and ensure effective collaboration across consulting, development, QA, and other technical teams.

As a client-facing leadership position, this role requires a strong understanding of NetSuite ERP implementations, business processes, and technology delivery. The ideal candidate can translate business objectives into structured implementation plans, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive accountability across multiple teams while maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP / NetSuite Project Leadership & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects, from discovery and planning through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines,



quality standards, and business requirements.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, system configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects and ensure consistent delivery standards.

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, expectation management, and effective issue resolution.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and project status discussions.
- Translate client business objectives and requirements into actionable project plans in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
- Manage scope changes, escalations, and competing priorities while maintaining client confidence and project alignment.
- Ensure clients are informed of project progress, key decisions, risks, and delivery milestones.

Project Governance & Performance Management

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Monitor project health, financial performance, resource utilization, timelines, budgets, and delivery risks.
- Develop and present project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and performance updates to leadership.
- Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and accountability across all delivery teams.
- Monitor project profitability, budget utilization, resource allocation, and potential scope overruns.
- Ensure project documentation, decisions, approvals, and deliverables are properly maintained.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including NetSuite Consultants, Developers, QA, Product, and Support.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and accountability across project teams.
- Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, and capacity management in collaboration with department leaders.
- Address delivery challenges and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Promote collaboration, ownership, and effective communication across distributed teams.

Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve ERP implementation methodologies, project delivery processes, and operational efficiency.
- Establish repeatable project management practices, templates, frameworks, and best practices.
- Analyze project outcomes, client feedback, and delivery performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to project management tools, reporting, governance, and resource management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Elim's ERP implementation and service delivery capabilities.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management,



or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience in ERP implementation and technology delivery.
- Mandatory: Direct, hands-on experience managing Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional teams, project budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
- Strong experience in client-facing project leadership and executive stakeholder management.
- Experience managing project scope, change requests, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience in an ERP consulting, professional services, or technology implementation environment is highly preferred.

Technical & Project Management Skills

- Strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including implementation lifecycle, configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.
- Understanding of ERP functional areas such as Finance, Accounting, Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integrations, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and KPI management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
