The Collections team collects blood and components safely for patients needing lifesaving products. You will help deliver positive donor experiences through effective communication, privacy-conscious screening, and attentive care. Mobile events require setup assistance, community travel, adaptable assigned shifts, and lifting supplies or equipment over 10 kilograms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with booths, tables, and mobile clinic equipment
- Conduct donor registration and eligibility screening
- Monitor donors during venipuncture for safety and comfort
- Handle blood products according to established procedures




- Prepare products and maintain accurate information

Requirements:

- High school diploma; further education is an asset
- Phlebotomy program completion or one-year related experience
- Minimum three years in customer-focused public service
- Flexibility to accommodate operationally assigned shift times
- Ability to lift supplies and equipment exceeding 10 kilograms
