Support clinicians and operational users with Meditech Expanse during go-live, providing in-person workflow coaching across assigned departments and shifts.

As At the Elbow Support staff, you will guide end users at their point of work. The focus is user adoption and workflow support during go-live. You will reinforce approved processes, route issues internally, and help minimize disruption to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visible support across assigned departments and agreed shifts
- Coach users through Expanse navigation, documentation, and orders
- Reinforce training and policies using teach-back guidance
- Identify patient-safety, access, downtime, and workflow concerns
- Distinguish questions from defects, access problems, and enhancements

Requirements:

- Prior Meditech Expanse go-live, training, or stabilization experience
- Experience supporting healthcare end users
- Familiarity with relevant clinical or operational workflows
- Solid communication, coaching, and customer-service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized clinically
