As a Human Resources Generalist, you will help keep teams staffed, supported, and prepared to succeed. Your work will include recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee experience, and organized HR systems. You will also maintain personnel files, training records, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize recruitment and selection processes
- Select, onboard, and develop team members
- Build and execute the employee experience

Requirements:

- Minimum three years in administration, Human Resources, or Recruiting
- Construction or industrial experience is an asset
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Transparent communication and dependable follow through
- Confident with applications, HRIS, and spreadsheets
