Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and pets during every clinic visit
- Manage opening, closing, scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Coordinate records, consent forms, and pet parent reminders
- Handle email and SMS clinic communications
- Process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and membership support

Requirements:

- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Veterinary clinic experience is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities
