Coordinate automotive supplier deliveries for Multimatic Niche Vehicles North America, using analytical thinking and precise logistics documentation. Work across purchasing and logistics teams.

As an Expeditor, you will own assigned suppliers supporting production of the Mustang GTD, Ford GT, Ford GT MK II and MK IV racing cars, and Ford Bronco DR racing truck. The role covers supplier demand communication, delivery confirmations, shipping coordination, customs documentation, and operational reporting. Attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication, and urgency are central to daily work. Previous MRP or ERP experience, preferably SAP, is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for assigned suppliers
- Issue EDI demand schedules and collect delivery confirmations




- Analyze demand shifts and supplier delivery confirmations
- Maintain customs, shipping, purchasing, and logistics documentation
- Monitor inventory, material movements, reporting, and trade compliance data

Requirements:

- Zero to three years in a manufacturing setting
- Zero to three years of MRP or ERP experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
