Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice across various legal matters
- Represent clients in immigration and refugee proceedings
- Represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board
- Argue cases before the Federal Court
Requirements:
- Admission to the Quebec Bar
- Experience in immigration law
- Experience in refugee law
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
