Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Operations Coordinator - 1 Year Contract in the city of in Chatham, Ontario. Support the day-to-day coordination of natural gas flow activities, customer transactions, and operational reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment.

A typical day:

- Coordinate and confirm natural gas flow requests with customers, suppliers, and pipeline partners
- Monitor and validate daily gas flow activity across multiple systems
- Prepare and reconcile monthly operational and billing data
- Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, marketers, agents, and pipeline partners
- Support operational efficiency through accurate data management and reporting

Successful candidates will have:

- College diploma or university degree
- Min 2 years of previous scheduling, logistics,



operations, or industry-related experience is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

Total rewards:$26.00 hourly

Hybrid work model: In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; remote Wednesday & Friday

Schedule Requirement: Availability for rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and an on-call rotation. Sample shifts include 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and weekend coverage.
