The Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia seeks a Counselling Therapist for its Programs & Services team. Reporting to the Director, you will support emotional well-being, coping strategies, and relational dynamics. Your work will contribute to programs serving persons living with dementia, care partners, and health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred counselling to early-stage dementia clients
- Support care partners through compassionate therapeutic counselling
- Address emotional well-being and coping strategies
- Support relational dynamics through evidence-informed approaches

Requirements:

- Counselling Therapist experience and knowledge
- Understanding of early-stage dementia and care partners
