We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our commercial property portfolio in London, Ontario.

About The Role:

Reporting to PRA's Property Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for routine property inspections, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, seasonal upkeep and coordination with third-party contractors.

This is a full-time, field-based position suited to a practical, self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard and can work independently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance & Repairs

- Perform routine property maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance deficiencies, and report issues requiring further attention.
- Support contracted seasonal maintenance services, including exterior upkeep.
- Assist with tenant turnover, minor improvements, and general property repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, parking lots, and building exteriors.

Property Operations & Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate site access for contractors, service providers, and other authorized parties.
- Assist with routine building systems inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic safety checks.
- Monitor property conditions and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and other deficiencies.
- Support maintenance activities across PRA's London-area property portfolio as required.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and completed work.




- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues.
- Follow established health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform other reasonable maintenance and property-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding maintenance duties, including lifting, carrying, ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What You Bring:

- A proactive, reliable, and safety-first mindset.
- 2+ years of experience in property/facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of building maintenance, basic plumbing, minor repairs, and general building systems.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to travel independently between assigned properties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
