The Production Shift Leader-Supervisor delivers manufacturing results by leading, motivating, and developing frontline employees. Daily priorities include meeting targets, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining product quality, and addressing safety concerns. The position supports a cooperative workplace through clear, timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure required equipment, materials, supplies, and manpower
- Lead teams toward production targets and results
- Optimize equipment and processes for downtime performance




- Address unsafe conditions and complete incident investigations
- Communicate performance feedback and document actions

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ experience in manufacturing
- Minimum two years in Lead Hand or supervision
- Valuable grasp of cycle counting and materials management
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
- Ability to inspire open, trusting communication
