This Project Manager will become the owner of the Town’s capital plan, project list, contractors, and procurement process. Working with the Director of Corporate Services, CAO, Council, Operations, Utilities, and Planning, you will turn priorities into coordinated work. The position suits an experienced project professional ready to run a capital program rather than a single file. A solid delivery record matters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear capital priorities, phasing, and funding assumptions

Coordinate infrastructure projects from scope through completion

Lead RFP, tender, bid, evaluation, and award processes





Manage contractors and report active project progress

Provide early briefings on costs, status, and required decisions

Requirements

Capital project experience in municipal or public-sector settings

Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and competitive procurement

PMP certification or active progress toward certification

Strong schedule, budget, RFP, and Council briefing capabilities

Equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training considered
