Drive QA/QC delivery for Deep-Water Intake Group, managing inspections, audits, quality records, and compliance across major civil works.

This Quality Manager position supports a VINCI Group joint venture delivering the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station refurbishment program. You will establish project quality controls, review work methods and submissions, and maintain traceable records through completion. The scope includes a pressurized slurry TBM tunnel, vertical shafts, and an offshore intake structure in Lake Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the Project Quality Plan

Review work method statements and material submissions

Plan and monitor the QA/QC audit program

Audit subcontractor and supplier prequalification and surveillance





Support as-built records and final evaluation reports

Requirements

Fifteen years managing QMS on major construction projects

Civil Engineering degree or diploma, or related qualification

Ability to anticipate quality risks and implement preventive measures

Ability to balance standards with practical site implementation

Experience in high-risk nuclear or offshore project environments

Bring structured QA/QC management, audit capability, and documentation discipline to complex civil engineering delivery.
