Support emergency patient care in Owen Sound as a Personal Care Assistant, using patient assessment and infection control knowledge. This is full time temporary employment.

Working under RN and RPN guidance, the Personal Care Assistant supports routine activities within agreed care plans. The role promotes patients’ physical, social, and emotional well-being while completing duties consistent with the classification or clinical specialty. Brightshores requires collaboration across patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Recognized Personal Support Worker Program completion certificate
- Two years’ recent PSW experience in acute care
- Current First Aid Certification

- Ability to work all shifts and rural coverage
