Manage project documentation for SLB Data Center infrastructure solutions, using document control procedures and structured workflows across project teams. Occasional travel between project sites may be required.

As a Document Controller within the project office, you will coordinate daily with engineering, construction, and supply chain teams. The position supports accurate, traceable records for drawings, correspondence, and deliverables. You will facilitate reviews, approvals, distributions, reporting, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and correspondence
- Register incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Track reviews, comments, approvals, and document status
- Maintain master document registers, transmittals, logs, and reports




- Archive documentation and support project completion close-out

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or related field
- Five to eight years' document control experience on construction or industrial projects
- Familiarity with document management systems and structured workflows
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship
