This specialist works with multiple clients and lease-up communities to maintain compliance with state and local Affordable Housing rules. The work includes income documentation, household calculations, rent limits, Tenant Income Certifications, and Fair Housing requirements. The position supports a 340-unit property and requires three to five years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and monitor Affordable Housing program compliance
- Prepare compliance reports with Community Managers
- Maintain waitlists under program and Fair Housing rules




- Audit property files and resolve non-compliance findings
- Coordinate regulatory updates with property teams

Requirements:

- Three to five years of related experience
- Tax Credit Specialist or occupancy certification experience
- Review income and asset documentation accurately
- Knowledge of eligibility requirements and rent limits
- Proficiency with Yardi, OneSite, Excel, and Outlook
