In the Grinding Room, the Machine Operator provides tooling services needed throughout the plant. You will sharpen profile heads, circular cutter heads, and saw blades, while preparing templates and knives. The work emphasizes quality, precision, safety, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sharpen profile and straight heads for production tooling
- Sharpen circular cutter heads and saw blades
- Retip saw blades when required
- Set up and maintain tooling throughout the plant
- Prepare templates and knives for manufacturing needs

Requirements:
