As a Financial Service Representative, you will support current and existing customers throughout the loan process. LendDirect, part of Attain Finance, provides consumer credit solutions through brands including Cash Money and Heights Finance. Your work combines customer service, financial product education, inbound and outbound calls, and delinquency support. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring help build relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide customers through loan processes with professional support
- Educate customers about financial products and services




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultations
- Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
- Support past-due account resolution with customers

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service focus and desire to help others
- Confidence promoting products matching customer needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
