Key Responsibilities:

- Check each prescription for accuracy and legal compliance
- Review packaged and non-packaged medication products
- Complete accurate narcotic and controlled medication reconciliation

Requirements:

- Maintain College of Pharmacists registration as an RPhT
- Hold liability insurance to practice legally
