JLL is hiring a Senior Property Accountant to prepare accurate reports and strengthen financial controls across assigned properties. The role includes reconciliations, accruals, GST/QST filing documents, common area certificates, and annual statements. You will liaise with joint owners, operations teams, treasury, property services, and property financial administration while supporting process harmonization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and adjustment entries
- Issue common area certificates and annual financial statements
- Prepare GST/QST-related filing documentation
- Assemble year-end audit materials for external auditors
- Liaise with owners and cross-functional property stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills for complex financial information
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Robust communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
- Three to five years of general accounting experience
- Yardi knowledge and bilingual French are preferred
