Master drycast equipment maintenance at The Shaw Group Limited’s Lantz Site using precision measurement, machining, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Safety remains the priority.

As a Licensed Millwright-Industrial Mechanic, you will support the Shaw Precast Maintenance Team. The Drycast Plant produces concrete pipe and manholes. You will assess equipment, restore commissioning condition, and maintain consistent performance through preventive maintenance. Collaboration includes Production Leads, Engineers, Senior Management, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess drycast equipment against OEM specifications and commissioning condition
- Lead rebuilds, alignments, calibrations, and worn-component replacements
- Build inspection routes, lubrication schedules,



and critical spares plans
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Coach operators on equipment checks and basic care

Requirements:

- Licensed Millwright-Industrial Mechanic certification
- Industrial mechanic experience in an industrial setting
- Proficiency with hydraulics, motors, and automation
- Familiarity with logic controllers and interpreting schematics
- Ability to work shifts and overtime as required
