Quality Control Manager — Accord Plastics

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager who combines manufacturing quality expertise with practical leadership on the production floor. You will translate customer-approved designs and specifications into clear inspection methods, production standards and acceptance criteria, helping our team consistently deliver products that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

· Work with Designers, customers and Production to establish measurable, approved product tolerances.

· Develop quality plans and maintain current specifications, inspection records, samples and traceability controls.

· Conduct inspections, measuring equipment and the containment and authorized disposition of non-conforming product.

· Investigate customer complaints, resolve root causes and reduce recurring defects, scrap and rework.





· Coach operators and Supervisors to build consistent quality practices and shared accountability.

What you bring

· Minimum five years demonstrated quality-control experience in manufacturing; plastics or extrusion experience is an asset.

· Strong knowledge of inspection methods, dimensional measurement, calibration, document control and corrective action.

· The ability to interpret drawings and specifications and turn them into practical production controls.

· Transparent communication, sound judgment and the confidence to address quality concerns constructively.

· A hands-on approach grounded in integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
