DBG is a full-service organization that is committed to providing our Customers with exceptional quality, on time delivery and cost saving opportunities. DBG supplies high quality metal stamping & fabrication to the automotive, heavy truck and appliance industries.

Quality Auditors inspect the products or goods a company manufactures to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality criteria. They will coach, train operators on quality procedures, and communicate quality alerts. They will also review, develop and perform internal audit procedures.

They are responsible for performing tests on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specifications are being met and company quality standards are followed.

Shift - Day (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) (occasional overtime)

Pay - $20.00/ hr

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITES:

- Address a product's physical appearance, functionality, and composition.
- Assess the procedures that make up the production process.
- Ensure that all quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.




- Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.
- Educate the production team on quality control issues and work with department managers to improve overall company safety and product control.
- Perform Manufacturing audits
- Report back any quality concerns with production, tooling, or equipment
- Work in compliance and conform to QMS, EMS, and H&S; standards, Policies, Objectives, Impact & Aspect and Hazard and Risks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Post Secondary Education
- Training n Quality Standards and Processes

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years’ experience in a quality role in manufacturing
- Most poses excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven history working with quality standards.
- Six Sigma Green Belt training would be an asset
