Lead Patrol Services at Blue Mountain Resort with advanced skiing, risk management, and guest service responsibilities in a full-time mountain setting.

As Assistant Manager, Patrol Services, you will support the Manager, Patrol Services, while leading daily patrol operations. The role combines recruitment, scheduling, coaching, training, safety enforcement, and cross-department coordination. You will help create safe, enjoyable mountain experiences for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and developing Patrol Services staff
- Enforce resort safety standards and support risk management practices
- Coordinate and audit First Aid, CPR, guest service training




- Build relationships across Mountain Operations and resort departments
- Monitor trail and patrol standards and perform patrol duties

Requirements:

- Current First Responder certification required
- Previous resort or mountain operations ski patrol experience
- Robust leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability and personal equipment
- At least 18 years old; criminal background check required
