Ward & Burke is recruiting skilled operatives for busy infrastructure work supporting Thames Water and Southern Water Works. Experienced Groundworkers and Machine Operators are encouraged to apply. The role provides hands-on site experience alongside experienced teams, with mentoring to support development. Candidates must hold a full UK driver’s licence. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out skilled work on water infrastructure projects
- Complete groundworking activities across assigned worksites
- Operate machinery for project requirements
