Fraser Health needs a Registered Nurse skilled in clinical assessment, quality improvement, and interprofessional collaboration at Ridge Meadows Hospital.

Working in acute inpatient care, this Registered Nurse evaluates patient outcomes, supports evidence-informed decisions, and maintains clinical competence. The position also contributes to committees, research, education, mentoring, and feedback about care programs, tools, equipment, and procedures. BCCNM registration is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patient outcomes and identify care issues
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities
- Attend education programs and maintain clinical competence
- Mentor recent nursing staff and students
- Provide feedback on programs, tools, equipment, and procedures

Requirements:

- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Current practicing Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Ability to integrate data and solve problems effectively
- Ability to use relevant computer applications and equipment
- Evidence-informed nursing decision-making and practice
