Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support projects from conception through completion
- Prepare authority applications for required project approvals
- Manage design, permit, and contract documents
- Coordinate consultants within contract documents
- Perform office and field contract administration procedures

Requirements:

- Diploma in Architectural Technology
- At least five years in a professional architectural office
- Proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of the OBC
- Knowledge of building systems, science, and cold-climate detailing
