As a Personal Lending Specialist within BMO’s Retail Banking Sales & Service group, you provide credit and lending-related sales and service. You assess customer needs, recommend borrowing strategies, manage transactional outcomes, and refer customers to appropriate business groups. The work includes documentation, application research, escalations, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
