Deliver resident-focused nursing care at AgeCare Walden Heights, 250 Walden Dr SE, Calgary. This regular full time LPN role includes treatments and clinical documentation.
The Licensed Practical Nurse works with the Director of Care and inter-professional team to support resident needs. Responsibilities include direct care, medication administration, treatment administration, care conferences, and transfers. AgeCare’s values include trust, respect, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer resident medications and treatments
- Document care under regulatory and Resident Care standards
- Facilitate resident move-in, move-out, and transfer processes
- Assist with resident care conference scheduling
- Participate in applicable resident care conferences
Requirements:
- Practical Nurse Diploma
- Current provincial registration and good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Microsoft Office experience and computer proficiency
