As a Merchandise Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with merchandising and processing freight. The position includes managing freight productivity, ordering merchandise, stocking frozen and refrigerated items, and maintaining sales-effective displays. Retail and management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage freight flow according to productivity standards
- Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise
- Order and stock merchandise needs

Requirements:

- Prior retail and management experience preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strong written skills required for store communications
